Type Event - Giovanni & Friends World Tour 2012 - Giovanni and NCA Global Entertainment will produce and introduce different genres of music artist from all over the world on one stage together.  Giovanni & Friends at The Carlsbad Village Theatre will Starr Giovanni Marradi and talented young singer/songwriter ARIANA SAVALAS  and popular singer GUSTAVO ALARCO.

Description - Giovanni Marradi is an international composer, arranger and one of the most successful expressionist pianists of the 21st Century.  He has filled concert halls, venues and showrooms worldwide. He has recorded over 140 CD’s and has sold over six million copies. …Giovanni’s father was famous classical music conductor, Alfredo Marradi.  At age five, Giovanni was the youngest student to attend the famed Russian Musical Conservatory under the tutelage of Michael Cheskinov. ….Giovanni came to the United States in 1984 and started his career performing “live” at Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas for more than ten years.  While at Caesar’s, Giovanni became a U.S. Citizen and developed a close mentoring friendship with Frank Sinatra…..Giovanni has recorded two DVD’s from his TV Specials and is well know in the music industry as the  producer, director and host of "Giovanni's World of Music", the popular National TV series.  Both "Giovanni's World of Music" and Giovanni, the pianist, have been nominated for and received several awards from the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences, The Telly Awards, EMA and The New York Music Festival.  “Giovanni’s World of Music” Special can be seen on PBS.
 
Friends: Ariana Savalas & Gustavo Alarco.  Ariana began her career as a jazz singer in the Los Angeles scene then quickly advanced to a national stage, performing at the annual Frank Sinatra celebrity invitational, Smokey Robinson's Foundation Gala at the Waldorf Astoria, and  Herb Alpert’s Vibrato in Beverly Hills.  Savalas penned her debut single, Perfect Man, produced by Mark Portmann.  Ariana Savalas is the youngest daughter of Telly and Julie Savalas. Gustavo Alarco born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, came to the US with his parents in 1970.  He grew up Orange County and released his debut album “Entre Suenos” in 1992.  Two of the album’s songs “Fue La Noche” & “Asi Eres Tu” remained on the Billboard Latin Charts for 26 weeks.  Gustavo has had the opportunity to tour extensively sharing his music with multitudes of fans throughout the World.  His most recent release from Greg Beery is “Mundo Extrano” on ChemBee Reords.

Description – “Anita” This heart-warming film tells the story of a young woman with Downs syndrome (Alejandra Manzo) who lives a happy, routine life in Buenos Aires where she is meticulously cared for by her mother Dora (Academy Award-nominee Norma Aleandro).  One tragic morning in 1994, everything changes when Anita is left alone, confused, and helpless after the nearby Argentine Israelite Mutual Association is bombed.  As Anta wonders the city, she learns not only to care for herself but touches the lives of those around her.
