STAGE & LIGHTING AMENITIES

The following Stage and Lighting equipment is available on-site to facilitate the various live performances:

Raised Stage Performance Area
- The existing raised stage is the industry standard "Bil Jax" connecting stage system.  It is comprised of modules (4 feet by 4 feet) with optional 40 inch rear safety rails.  The foregoing "Bil-Jax" system is supplemented by 1-1/2" plywood tongue and grove flooring bolted to the Bil-Jax surface.  The stage surface is carpeted.  The raised stage configuration is 20 feet wide by 12 feet deep by 20 inches high.  This is the optimal stage configuration for live stage performances.  Typical theatre scenery wall panels ( 8 feet by 4 feet flats) can be mounted on the aforementioned safety rails to compliment the particular live stage production.  The fixed background for the Raised Stage Performance Area is the attractive floor to ceiling cinema screen title curtain.

Stage Lighting
- The existing stage lighting is comprised of both house and theatrical lighting.

The existing house lighting is comprised of six (6) 250 watt and six (6) 150 watt recessed ceiling lights that are focused down on the stage performance area, and nine (9) 40 watt foot lights along the front edge of the stage.

The existing theatrical lighting system is comprised of a 12 channel controller board, two (2) dimmer packs and multiple lighting instruments as follows:

     a.  The 12 channel controller board is a high quality Leprecon LP 612 console that brings
many features within reach of users with a smaller budget, such as:  Manual Scenes,
Preset Memories, Cue Stack and Chaser.  The Output is the industry standard Microplex
using a three pin XLR connector.  The optional DMX 512 output uses the standard
5 pin XLR as specified by USITT, and the analog option uses Cinch-Jones connectors
common on other Leprecon equipment.  The Leprecon LP 612 console is located
in the rear of the Theatre next to the audio mixer, but is compact and very moveable.

     b.  The dimmer packs are Leprecon LD 360A-HP units with 2 Channels and 12 Edison
receptacles each.  Each channel has an 1800 watt capacity with a 15 amp power plug,
or 2400 watt capacity with a 20 amp power plug.  One dimmer pack is located in the
rear mezzanine area near the Source 4's and the second dimmer pack is located under
the stage near the foot lights.

     c.  The theatrical lighting instruments include:
          (4) Source 4s - 26 degree Leikos w/Gels & HPL 575 lamps
          (2) Source 4s - 19 degree Leikos w/Gels & HPL 575 lamps
          (1) Lycian 1000 watt Follow Spot w/(6) color Gel shutters

The above house and theatrical lighting system is very flexible and can accommodate most live stage performances.  Supplemental lighting instruments are available as "Rental Items" from local theatre equipment vendors, if needed for a particular theatrical effect.
