Business Seminar & PowerPoint Show Amenities

The Theatre’s Business Seminar & PowerPoint Show Amenities are similar to the in-house Cinema Screen, LCD Projector and Video / Audio components described herein, except for the particular media source options to accommodate the Business Seminar users as follows:

The Theatre’s PowerPoint media source component is typically Theatre’s desktop PC Computer. However, the Lessee’s laptop PC may be the PowerPoint media source is a viable option for its user convenience. The presenter’s hands-on operating system experience and ready access to all user media data without duplicating files for transfer. The Theatre does have an inventory of digital adaptors to establish the needed connection to the Theatre’s desktop PC and / or the Presenter’s laptop pc.

The Lessee’s Media Source (Laptop) can be also be located at either the (1) the Audio Mixer Area next to the house desk top PC computer, or (2) on-stage for immediate access by presenter for the PowerPoint presentations.

Regardless of the media source location, the Theatre’s in-house equipment includes a remote controlled (USB) hand-held clicker for both slide show advancement and screen pointer and a cordless microphone.

The Lessee is typically responsible for the hands-on operating responsibilities (clicker) of the PowerPoint media presentations.

Except for the particular media source options described above, the Business Seminars will use the same in-house Cinema Screen and LCD Projector described in the separate “Cinema Screen Amenities” & “Audio Amenities” here-in.
